The VD-04 base enhances functionality with a foot pedal, allowing quick adjustments without using hands. Its 3 legs can be set at three different angles to customize height and stability, while the lockable ballhead provides smooth articulation. Additionally, the base includes a removable rubber foot that can be installed on the monopod for use as a standard monopod without the base.
