This dedicated whiteboard camera pairs with your Meeting Owl Pro and features automatic whiteboard enhancement and content capture so remote participants don't miss a thing. The Whiteboard Owl enables simultaneous viewing of the whiteboard along with 360° views of the room so discussions are inclusive and immersive.

Whiteboard snapshots are taken every 30 seconds

Automatic Content Recording

Automatically captures high-resolution whiteboard screenshots in the Whiteboard Capture portal so collaboration can continue when the meeting is over. Captured images are retained for download for two hours after the meeting has ended.

Setup Options

Supports whiteboards up to 15 x 20' in size and can be mounted on the wall, ceiling, or a tripod in larger meeting spaces between 7 and 16' from the whiteboard. Works with any dry erase marker and non-glass whiteboards. Requires the Meeting Owl Pro (sold separately).

Updates

Over-the-air software updates are automatically pushed to your Whiteboard Owl overnight when the Meeting Owl Pro is connected to Wi-Fi.
