When engineering antennas, two key factors are essential: frequency coverage and gain. Frequency coverage ensures that the antennas can support the entire range of frequencies on which the Bolt system operates, while consistent antenna gain allows the antennas to generate a stable and consistent signal across all distance ranges and power output levels. Unfortunately, not all antennas are created equal. Many third-party antennas do not cover Bolt’s full frequency range, nor do they output the appropriate gain levels, resulting in poor signal performance and limited frequency (channel) options.

Teradek takes great care in certifying and tuning each antenna individually during the manufacturing process. This rigorous attention to detail ensures that Teradek antennas deliver exceptional performance in the most demanding RF environments.

The new flexible V-Antennas perform as well as their predecessors but feature a flexible base that enhances durability and resilience; ideal for even more challenging production conditions. These 2Bi antennas are fully compatible with all Bolt 4K and Bolt 6 models, in both V+V and V+H antenna configurations. The antennas cover the same 4.9 - 7.3 GHz frequencies and utilize the standard RP-SMA connector.
